Come escape from the seasonal hurly-burly and enter an oasis of calm and tranquility at an authentic Chinese tea ceremony which teanamu is hosting in the heart of Notting Hill.

The relaxing, meditative atmosphere will give you a wonderful respite, as teanamu's tea master Pei Wang gives a free demonstration of traditional tea brewing and offers samples of premium green, black and oolong teas.

Also enjoy a selection of our gorgeous, freshly baked patisserie made with tea as an ingredient!

Drop by any time between 12 noon and 4 pm and you may even try your hand at brewing your own tea using actual gongfu cha tea ware and utensils!

We are also excited to be launching at the Winter Warmer Open House several gorgeous new teas including fragrant and fruity Shanghai Chic , captivatingly aromatic Organic Golden Monkey , a cold brew version of the very popular Lychee Black , the unique Lishan Oolong , the alluring Silky Oolong, and a range of unusual, premium Japanese green teas including zesty Ginger Tangerine Sencha , exotic Yuzu Sencha and refreshing Shiso Sencha.

teanamu is hosting this very special, drop-in, pre-Christmas event on the Saturday before Christmas, 19th December, in the afternoon between 12 and 4 pm.

Our hens, Aretha and Martina, will be at the gate to welcome you if they haven't gone to bed already!

It is a detached 2-storey white house with a blue outside wall and a blue horizontal-barred gate. There's a tree in the middle of a small, cobbled front yard. Despite the address being "14A St Luke's Road", in fact the house is inside Lancaster Road, next to no. 1 Lancaster Road. By the way, it is NOT the corner building (that's called 14 St Luke's Road ).

The nearest tube station is Westbourne Park, less than 5 minutes walk way. Notting Hill Gate tube station is a 10-15 minute walk via Pembridge Road, Chepstow Crescent and Ledbury Road. The local bus routes are 7, 23, 27, 28, 31, 70 and 328, and there is meter parking in the vicinity.
