This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.teanamu.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Comply with any legal obligations we have.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Where we need to perform the requirements of the contract between us when you make a purchase either from our website, or in response to reservation requests from you, reservation confirmation or a direct mailing from us.

We may accept payments through PayPal and Sumup. WHO ON OUR TEAM HAS ACCESS

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
  • Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use PayPay and Sumup collect payment details. When visitors leave comments on our online blog, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. Financial and Transactional Data is held by PayPal or any other payment processing organisation rather than us. We do not retain any financial information whatsoever.
