Our very popular tea masterclasses have now moved online as「Teas in the Clouds Brew-Along」Tea Masterclass.
This is an intimate class where you will receive eight sachets of tea and the elegant Wandering Songstress Tea Set prior to the class. You can use the tea set to brew along with us though a private online ZOOM session in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
Choose between「Teas Lover’s Masterclass」where we will take you through a journey of the main categories of tea or the「Discover the Black Dragons Masterclass」where we sip our way through Oolongs from the four main regions.
Once you have confirmed a date and time for the brew-along masterclass, we will send a box containing eight different sachets of teas and the Wandering Songstress Tea Set to you. The tea sachets will be used during the brew-along session and the tea set is for you to continue your tea appreciating journey after the class.
This brew-along masterclass lasts 2 to 2½ hours. As with all virtual meetings and tea ceremonies, we encourage you to set a time and space where interruptions are minimised during your brew-along session.
This class is designed for one or two persons to attend together in the same session using one login on one electronic device. Extra spaces for each session are available for purchase online.

Requirements
To attend this online brew-along session, you will need to have:
- agreed a date/time with us,
- received the 8 sachets of tea and the Wandering Songstress Tea Set,
- received a private URL and password for the ZOOM meeting room,
- an electronic device with ZOOM app installed for video conferencing,
- kettle or a flask of hot (boiling) water,
- a bowl for holding waste water and
- a small cloth towel to wipe any spillages.
