We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Within the UK our delivery charges are as follows:

We are very happy to send items outside the UK. Postage is calculated according the weight of the order and the destination, so please contact us for the details of applicable delivery charges.
All orders will be processed on receipt of full payment and goods will normally be despatched within at most 3 business days of ordering. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be despatched the same day. We reserve the right to use either Royal Mail/Parcelforce or a private courier service according to our discretion. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a refund or a substitution of order.
For deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Man and all non-UK destinations, please contact us for delivery charges. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations (exc. Channel Islands & Isle of Man) 1-5 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days. That said, please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our very best to inform you about any delay that we are aware of. We will aim to deliver the goods by the date, if any, quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we may contact you to arrange an alternative time.

We believe that you will be completely satisfied and delighted with your purchase from us. However, should any item(s) need to be returned to us, then please, within 14 days of your receipt by you, contact us for a return confirmation reference. Then enclose items to be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging and return them to us at teanamu chaya teahouse (returns), 4 Melina Road, London, W12 9HZ. We are unable to accept the returns of any consumables/perishable products if the foil seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with unless the product is unfit for consumption. We will offer you a refund of the cost of the item or items, or a replacement or exchange if preferred, or if these remedies are not appropriate to the case we will investigate and seek a way to resolve any issues mutually. Delivery charges cannot be refunded unless damage to the goods in transit to you was due to our actual negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
